This course provides a comprehensive framework for coaches to effectively individualize performance training within large groups. Participants will learn strategies to tailor training from the team level, down to specific positions, and ultimately to each individual athlete. By understanding how to assess needs, manage constraints, and implement a structured approach, coaches will be equipped to maximize performance outcomes for every athlete in a diverse group setting.

The audience will learn how to:

  1. Conduct a needs assessment to identify the specific performance requirements of teams, positions, and individual athletes.
  2. Analyze and manage constraints that impact the ability to individualize training within a large group setting.
  3. Develop a structured framework to facilitate individualized training while maintaining group cohesion.
  4. Implement effective individualization strategies to optimize performance for each athlete in a large group context.
