You begin by selecting a GOAL that you want to achieve. Once you provide some information then your Sports Dietitian will provide feedback and you can ask follow-up questions. Work at it one goal at a time!

As soon as you purchase, we assing you a Sports Dietitian and information on when the LIVE virtual sessions will take place. Replays are available if you athletes are unable to attend the LIVE sessions. Parents are encouraged to register and attend as well.
