We recommend that you purchase the TEAM package for all of your athletes. Those that want or need more guidance can subscribe to the Personalized Program with an in-app subscription.
When you purchase the TEAM package the Sports Dietitian your athletes will have access to within the app will also be the one presenting your 5 team talks.

You begin by selecting a GOAL that you want to achieve. Once you provide some information then your Sports Dietitian will provide feedback and you can ask follow-up questions. Work at it one goal at a time!
The virtual team talks will occur once every 3 weeks during your program and presented LIVE for group discussion and interaction with the Sports Dietitian. An in-app challenge (gamification) will also occur that aligns with each topic. Here are the 5 topcis that will be presented to your team. Parents can join as well.
