Join us each week for a FREE live webinar given by a Sports Dietitian. Each webinar will include a 15-20 minute presentation PLUS a 10 minute Q&A session with a Registered Dietitian. Topics will range from building muscle to grocery shopping to sport specific nutrition talks.

What to expect
Each week you'll see a new webinar with a new presenter with topics ranging from building muscle to meal preparation. Presentations will last 15-20 minutes with 10 minutes for a Q&A session with the presenting MSD Sports Dietitian. Check back weekly to see what's next!
Allison Coutinho, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN
Allison is a former D1 athlete who is passionate about nutrition. She has earned her Master's Degree from Lipscomb University in Exercise and Nutrition Science, obtained her Registered Dietitian credential, and is working toward earning a PhD and the Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics credential. She has experience with various sports nutrition programs, including Tennessee Tech University, Vanderbilt University, and Stem Rise Prep Soccer Academy. In addition, Allison has experience working in clinical nutrition, which included working with individuals with various disease states, such as diabetes and heart disease. Allison currently serves as an Instructor in the Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics undergraduate department at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee.
