Although curcumin is well-known for its anti-inflammatory for osteoarthritis and other medical conditions, it also has clinical support for sports recovery. But there are a plethora of curcumin materials available, and it is important to choose those those that are based on real science, and not be fooled into choosing materials with poor bioavailability with "marketing science" claims.
