Managing sleep and stress as a high performer can be a challenge when considering work load, travel, recovery and family. This presentation will review strategies to better understand sleep and stress and what supplementation may be used to improve daily living and how to avoid common traps that high performers can fall into.
The audience will learn how to:
- Improve the understanding of sleep, its stages and how sleep environment impacts outcomes
- Understand how current supplementation strategies can impede or improve sleep time and quality
- Identify external stressors related to physical activity and how supplementation can positively impact athlete experience.
