What to expect
Each week you'll see a new webinar with a new presenter with topics ranging from building muscle to meal preparation. Presentations will last 15-20 minutes with 10 minutes for a Q&A session with the presenting MSD Sports Dietitian. Check back weekly to see what's next!
Jessica is a sports dietitian who is originally from Chicago, IL but is currently residing in Fort Worth, TX. She has a bachelor’s of science degree in dietetics, an MBA, and a masters in Higher Educational Leadership. She has had the privilege to work with a variety of athletes at three power five universities over the past five years including; women’s soccer, men and women’s swim and dive, men and women’s tennis, men’s basketball, football, baseball, softball, rifle, and golf. She specifically has experience working with injured athletes as they work toward returning to play.
Jessica believes in evidence based, individualized care to assist in meeting athlete’s nutrition needs and desired outcomes. She is passionate about helping athletes use food/nutrition strategies to up their game and help them realize how powerful nutrition can be.
