I will present options on how to run a weight room that fits the needs of a variety of student-athletes at the same time. Being able to diversify exercise selection and periodization while maintaining a strong sense of organization in a room can be a challenge and this presentation will help anyone struggling with this to simplify their process.
The audience will learn how to:
- Understand why differentiated instruction is important in the weight room
- Create a plan for categorizing athletes based on needs and abilities
- Gain insight on tools used to unify a group that is diverse
