This brief will review the concept of metaflammation and its' implications to the body, as well as potential interventions to improve wellness while reducing inflammation

- Distinguish between allostasis and allostatic load and explain their relevance to human performance optimization and longevity.
- Identify three unique stressors that contribute to the complexity of performance nutrition.
- Introduce and apply potential nutrition and lifestyle protective measures as interventions to reduce metaflammation.
